There are several online training programs depending on if this is your first half marathon or your are a seasoned half marathoner.
Most are ~12 weeks so "official" training should start on or about August 1st.
The RACE DAY PACE TEAM is provided by Princeton Running Company by Jack Rabbit. There will be 2 pacers for every 5 minute increment between 1:40 and 2:15. This team is managed by Brian Rosener, store manager and avid endurance athlete. Brian invites you to stop by the store for all your running needs from apparel to nutrition… then join him every Thursday night for their weekly group run. The best way to stay in the know is to follow PRC and their events page on Facebook.
